Getting Started

Taking the first step towards therapy is often the most difficult, and you have done that already by visiting this site.

The next step is to phone our office, and our receptionist will arrange a mutually convenient time for your initial appointment with one of our therapists. They will confirm details of this assessment session with you by email or letter. There is a fee payable for this session.

This assessment session is an opportunity for both you and the assessor to find out if counselling or psychotherapy is for you at this time in your life.

We can then match you with one of our therapists for ongoing sessions.
